Grandma must be pretty special. Mom tells us this is the “don’t-make-me-leave-grandma’s-house” pout. Every time Mom mentioned leaving, her kiddo’s whole demeanor would turn from happy and playful into THIS.

“First 15 minutes went well….smiles…laughter…winking…second 15 minutes went marginally less well…closed mouth smiles…eyes that look longingly just over our shoulders…joyless laughter…third 15 minutes was exponentially worse…writhing…frowning…flailing…wailing…and I think, the best photos we got that day.” [Editor's note: Now this is MY kind of Mom!!]
